We are currently searching for a National People & Culture Manager to provide operational People & Culture leadership across the Australian Construction business.

This role will have the responsibility for the implementation of the People & Culture strategy driving alignment across the business.


Reporting to the EGM P&C, Construction Australia you will collaborate with Business Unit executives and other key stakeholders to develop, deliver and implement P&C strategic objectives across the businesses.

You will contribute to delivering Australia specific annual People & Culture programs, provide case management and be pivotal in the implementation of significant initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, gender equity activities and talent management including leadership and development programs.


You will be required to build strong relationships with function heads, line management and the broader P&C community to drive and implement people strategies, provide counsel and best practice information on all P&C matters.

As an experienced P&C professional you will have a deep commercial understanding of business strategy and key business drivers. You will bring a strategic approach with demonstrated effectiveness with working with leadership teams to design and execute people and culture strategies to achieve enterprise objectives


A tertiary qualification in human resources, law or related field and demonstrated experience in cultural change and employee relations will see your success in the role.
