About the Role
Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you
Location:
Shop 1054 Westfield Shopping Centre, Helensvale QLD 4212
Store Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM; Thursday 9:00AM - 7:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Sunday 10:00AM - 3:00PM
Duties- Provide quality customer service to all customers- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
Skills and experience- Experience in a customer facing role- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences- Ability to solve complex problems- Effective communication skills- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment is highly advantageous- The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous
