**Do work that matters: Investor Relations facilitates the accurate and effective communication of the Bank's performance and strategy with investors and the wider investment community, enabling them to make informed choices about CBA as an investment option.

The team's key responsibilities include:

investor communications; managing relationships with equity and debt investors; communicating with equity, debt and ESG analysts; managing market updates and providing advice to the Bank on market sentiment, disclosures and sustainability issues.

We are also responsible for meeting our external environmental reporting commitments as required under global frameworks and associations, sustainability ratings and surveys.

**See yourself in our team: As a Manager, Investor Relations you will support the development of the Bank's strategic investor communication projects such as the Investor presentation, Annual Report and other external reporting. You will support the measurement and reporting of the Bank's Sustainability Performance Metrics, including working with the Bank's external auditor on assurance, as well as assist in the completion and analysis of ESG and climate-related surveys.

This is a dynamic position that will see you involved in a wide spectrum of topics, and working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role is critical to effective communication and engagement with investors, analysts and relevant market participants on the Bank's sustainability performance.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Understand best practice in both corporate reporting, policies and practices.
Contribute to project management of key investor communication projects including investor presentation, Annual Report and other external reporting.
Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams on shared priorities and projects.
Project management and reporting of our Sustainability Performance Metrics
Project management, completion and analysis of ESG and climaterelated surveys.
Lead the verification and assurance process of key external disclosures and reports.
Develop and maintain digital assets. Ad hoc analysis and research support on domestic and global reporting best practice.

Have a solid understanding of, and demonstrated interest in, equity markets, shareholder priorities, ESG issues, the CBA Group, the financial community and the financial services industry.
A strong attention for detail, strong communications skills and good sensemaking.
Have excellent relationship, time and project management skills.
The potential to develop, someone who is curious and flexible.
A passion and track record of learning.
Previous banking and finance experience will be highly regarded.
