The Company.
Our client is a well-known government organization who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Support Officer to join their successful and dynamic team environment based in Penrith in this exciting opportunity to start immediately on a contract until the 26th of June 2024, with a possibility of extension.

The Job.
Reporting through to a manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing administrative support services including records management, preparation of correspondence, meeting and event coordination.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing student administration support, ensuring enrolments and results are processed and maintained in accordance with business unit policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the maintenance of electronic schedules, resolving program clashes and ensuring effective resource use and time management.
- Acting as a first point of contact for any external stakeholders, responding to general enquiries and escalating complex enquiries to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Managing business unit databases, liaising with staff to collect and store relevant data.
- Facilitating the production of reports.
- Assist with basic procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes and completing purchase requisitions.
You.
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Support position.
- Experience working within high volume environments or within the Government sector would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a highvolume environment.
