    The Job.....
    In this role, reporting to the Customer Service & Collections Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing approximately 120 commercial accounts.
    • Collecting overdue payments for accounts 30+ days past due.
    • Negotiating and overseeing payment plans.
    • Providing support to SMEs facing financial challenges.
    • Engaging with various stakeholders to address customer inquiries.

    To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the below personal qualities:

    • Minimum 12 months of experience in credit and collections within the financial services industry.
    • Proficient in advanced Excel.
    • Background in loss recoveries is a plus.
    • Experience in asset finance is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
