About SASH:

SASH is a network of state-of-the-art Specialist and Emergency Small Animal Hospitals with a multi-disciplinary approach to treating patients.

At SASH, we believe the highest standards in veterinary care are achieved when clinical expertise is delivered by compassionate, motivated people in a caring and supportive environment.

Inspired by the special bond between pets and their families, we constantly strive to help pets and their families live their best life.

About the Role:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a payroll partner to help design and build our payroll function.

As SASH embarks on a growth journey, we are implementing an entire new end-to-end people software solution which will include bringing the payroll function back in house.

Initially this role will be part of the project team that will be responsible for designing and implementing Ceridian Dayforce Payroll and then transitioning the function inhouse from our third-party provider.

It is important to note that after a successful implementation this will become a business-as-usual payroll partner, with full responsibility of the payroll function including the preparation of fortnightly pays, and compliance requirements.

About You:

You will be natural problem solver and an experienced operator with a passion for payroll, systems & management.

Your natural ability to engage and build rapport with senior stakeholders will help you in unlocking new ideas and understanding current limitations especially during the design phase.

You will also have high attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years payroll experience and some exposure to implementing a new system will be highly desirable.

The SASH experience:

You will be joining a fast-paced environment, working with fabulous people and a team committed to helping pets and their families live their best life.

Our people are at the heart of who we are and what we do. You will join a family friendly inclusive workplace committed to gender equality and paid support for new parents.

We offer paid parental leave equally to women and men and we also support IUI / IVF treatments with paid leave.

If you are interested in taking on an exciting greenfield opportunity at SASH and working with us to shape our future, we would love to hear from you
