    Due to continued growth of our clients team, we are looking for a Receptionist and Property Manager Assistant to join a well-known Real Estate Agency. This is an great opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in customer service, a passion for Real Estate and wanting to step into the industry.

    About the role:

    • Assist the Administration and Property Management division with a variety of tasks
    • Answer the phone, processing applications and data entry
    • Daily feedback to the Property Managers
    • Rental Arrears
    • Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills: (Both verbal and written)

    About you:

    • Either previous experience in the real estate industry or a strong customer service background
    • A strong interest in Real Estate
    • Great time management skills, be calm and well presented
    • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task
    • Current certificate of registration is a must
