The Role:


As the Assistant Manager, you will lead the bar, gaming, and food teams with the goal of offering outstanding customer experiences.

You will also assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ordering stock, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

In addition, you will ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards and are delivered to customers promptly.

You will maintain effective working relationships with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and monitor and manage inventory levels through regular stocktaking, ordering, and stock rotation.

Finally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.


Skills & Experience:


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and beer.
  • Demonstrated experience in stock management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
