YMCA Queensland is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager - Property to join our administration office in Fortitude Valley on a permanent, full-time basis.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Assist the Executive Lead
  • Property in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Support lease management activities such as lease negotiations, renewals and compliance monitoring.
  • Help coordinate construction and development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the property department, including documentation management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient property operations and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking related to property investments, acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Assist the YMCA Maintenance Crew with logging requests and scheduling jobs.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
