Primary Objectives

Seek and recognise opportunities to execute strategic deals for new major customer & distribution/partnership opportunities
Develop and execute the Digital and Social Media strategy; keeping social media channels updated and brand focused and executing campaignrelated social and digital activity.
Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to promote brand awareness and brandfocused messages.
Graphic design content creation: developing concepts, graphics and layouts for social media, and any subsequent campaigns.
Video content creation: creating video content for social media channels.
Growth mindset with the ability to deliver consistent results aligned to targets
Proven business building skills and a track record, a focus on growth
Needs to be entrepreneurial, strong in strategy, driven in execution
Strong and innovative consumer sales and marketing experience
Proven experience reporting to a board and effective communication with stakeholders
Be agile, adaptable and responsive to opportunities
Knowledge of forecasting, data analysis,

Typical qualifications and experience:

Preferred tertiary qualifications combined with at least 5 years proven experience in digital marketing and sales in property or real estate.
Proven ability in leading building a business.
Motivational and persuasive skills are very important, as are product knowledge, planning and administration, and an ability to negotiate at senior levels.
Budgetary formulation and control abilities.
