Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in

Newcastle, New South Wales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
Identify and target new customers and opportunities for growth

Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers

Provide technical support and advice to customers on our product range

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to management

Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, in the building materials industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Technical knowledge of steel building materials and construction methods

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
