  • Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience

How will you support our "Why?"

As our Customer Solutions Activations Manager, you'll embody our values by achieving these activities and outcomes:

  • Lead and oversee customer order activations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Establish an activation center of excellence within the customer delivery team.
  • Provide daily operational leadership, training, and mentoring for customer delivery activations team members, monitoring performance and KPIs.
  • Provide report statuses to the General Manager.
  • Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal procedures, training materials, and documentation.
  • Conduct post-implementation quality assurance audits.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of activation systems/processes.
