Let's talk about you


Experience in data entry and customer service is essential to succeed in this role, and experience within the telecommunications industry or a call centre environment is an advantage.

Specifically, you must be able to handle customers problems and have the resilience to find them a solution.


You also need to be a clear communicator and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.

Computer literacy is also a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc.

If you have this and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, then this role is perfect for you

How will you support our "Why?"


This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week to be worked between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday).

This is a call centre-based position providing support to the service delivery team.- Liaise with customers, sales and technical staff- Handle inbound calls in relation to customer orders and enquiries- Assist procurement to ensure the timely delivery of required equipment for projects- Manage customer's contracts and Service Level Agreements- Perform quality assurance examinations to ensure services meet to our high standards- Coordinate orders using our provisioning system and intervene manually when required
