Let's talk about you
Experience in data entry and customer service is essential to succeed in this role, and experience within the telecommunications industry or a call centre environment is an advantage.
You also need to be a clear communicator and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.
Computer literacy is also a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc.

This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week to be worked between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday).
