About the role
This is a newly created role within a newly restructured People & Capability team.

You will be reporting to the Manager - Business Partnering & HR Advisory and will play a key role supporting the business nationally.

You will be exposed to the full scope of the business, from the corporate office to on-site and supporting front-line blue-collar team members through to executive level corporate staff.


  • Managing grievances, performance management and disciplinary issues and dealing with informal and formal investigations
  • Encouraging managers to implement performance improvement plans
  • Standard annual performance reviews
  • Remuneration and incentives, salary banding
  • Engagement survey and evaluation
  • Input and exposure into projects including implementation and working within project timelines

About the role
We are looking for proactive, self-starters with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to support frontline blue collar team members through to executive level.

You are a HR Generalist and able to talk to your experience working across the whole employee lifecycle, including leading and implementing HR projects.

You can build strong professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field will set you up for success.

There is an is an expectation for travel, it will be planned travel and on an as is needs basis.

You enjoy working with others and enjoy what you do.

You are friendly, approachable and your work ethic is not compromised by your ability to engage in banter and have a laugh from time to time.
