**About the role

Due to internal progression, Lite n' Easy are now looking for an ER Advisor to support their Mitchell's Quality Foods operations in Banyo.

Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, this role will see you provide guidance on all elements of Human Resources and workplace relations.

You will utilise your detailed understanding and experience of employee relations to provide expert advice and direction to the business across a broad range of areas including employee engagement.


  • Endtoend case management through to making recommendations and implementation.
  • Leading investigations, asking critical questions and coaching managers on feedback.
  • Coaching and empowering leaders and taking a partnering approach to understanding their needs.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR duties and projects.

About you


To be considered for this role you will have substantial experience managing the resolution of ER/IR matters, using well developed problem solving and negotiation skills.

It is expected that you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field. Previous experience working in the manufacturing, mining or heavy machinery will enable you to be set up for success.
