About the Role


As a
Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of service.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
  • Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure our customers are regularly updated on their orders
  • Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, payments, status, complaints and returns
  • Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system

About You

  • Previous experience in Customer service or similar role
  • Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small, tightknit team and cando attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable experience in programs such as MYOB, Xero, Exo

This is a full time Monday to Friday role is based in Lytton, QLD.
