About the company

Design and Build are recruiting site supervisors on behalf of a medium density builder in Melbourne looking for site supervisors who are looking to work at a site based in the West.

Our clients are looking for supervisors who have a minimum of 2 years local residential construction supervision experience.

About the role

2 storey townhouses & managing 1418 at any given time
Site is based in the West (Only 1 site )
Working with a supportive team

Skills & experience

Background ideally in Medium density or experience in volume supervision
Ability to read and interpret medium density plans is preferable but not a must
Minimum of 2 + years experience in the residential construction space
