  • Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Have strong work ethic and a willingness to achieve results
  • Confident in being responsible for & leading a small team
  • Current drivers license with a clean driving history (Heavy Vehicle License a bonus, but not mandatory)
  • Competent working in an office environment & working with basic computer systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
What Will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Consultants & Pre-Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for;

  • Coordination of vehicle transportation & bookings with our external suppliers
  • Coordination of the daily work schedule for our team of inhouse drivers
  • Forecasting monthly deliveries accurately to meet dealership sales and manufacturer KPI's
  • Communicating with sales staff members with updates as they are received from external suppliers

Due to internal promotion we currently have an immediate opportunity for a full time Administration Officer at our Brendale Registrations Hub.

What's the role?


As one of our administration officers and part of our registration hub team, you will operate in a fast paced environment working closely with our wholesale, reconditioning and used cars departments to coordinate efficient registration of vehicles.


You will be responsible for an array of administration duties, including but not limited to stock number allocation, data entry, database management, conducting system searches, invoice preparation and follow up of payments.


This is a busy and varied role, you will have endless opportunity to develop your skillset across the entire administration and sales function.

You will be working as part of a small tight-knit team who offer a supportive and fun working environment for you to be a part of.

Who are you?

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Transport Main Roads Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • A strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • A current Queensland drivers licence
  • Competency with IT systems
  • Experience registering and transferring vehicle registrations (desired but not mandatory)
  • Ability and willingness to work both autonomously and as part of a team
