Lexus of Indooroopilly has an exciting position for an experienced full time Sales Consultant.

Working closely within a strong sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming all Guest enquiries to the dealership;
  • Building rapport with all dealership Guests;
  • Understanding Guests needs and ensuring they find the right vehicle for them;
  • A strong passion for Lexus and other prestige brands;
  • Maintaining existing database of Lexus Guests.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a strong sales process;
  • Proven sales record experience with the ability to meet set targets;
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure;
  • Reliability, dependability, adaptability and punctuality are essential attributes;
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building longterm relationships with both external and internal customers;
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Lexus or prestige brand experience advantageous, but not necessary;
  • Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland);
  • Hold a current Motor Vehicle's Salespersons License (Queensland);
  • Immaculate personal presentation;
  • Intermediate PC skills.
