Description

The role:

You will be responsible for providing effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, within the ITIL framework


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management
(SFIA:

USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 4, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 3)

  • Office 365 Collaboration Services
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment
(SFIA:

SLMO Level 4)

  • Welldeveloped interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions
(NHS:

Effective and strategic influencing)
