We are seeking a proactive and experienced ICT Workforce Co-ordinator to join our OCIO Technology Business Management team.

APS6 equivalent $60+ p/h + super
Located in Brisbane, Queensland
Up to 12 months with potential to extend, pending business and performance requirements.

About the Role

As an ICT Workforce Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective management of resources within the OCIO Business Management Team.

This position involves providing leadership, advice, and support in ICT workforce co-ordination, recruitment, and reporting. You will resolve complex recruitment issues and risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks.

Coordinate, monitor, and collate data for workforce planning and reporting.
Oversee compliance activities using relevant legislation and policies.
Resolve problems and identify alternative courses of action.
Provide advice and technical expertise on APS recruitment and Labour Hire Worker procurement.
Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist team members during peak periods or leave.

About you

To thrive in this role, you need:

Ability to undertake complex recruitment advice and reporting.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of legislative, financial, recruitment, and administrative frameworks.
Experience providing highlevel advice on operational and business management activities.
Working understanding of Managing Commonwealth Resources framework is desirable.
Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
Must be an **Australian Citizen.
