Be part of a family-owned Brisbane based wholesale food brand, working in their Darra distribution site, with a team who truly focus on the safety of their employees.

Due to continued business growth, we are hiring additional personnel for various shifts to be responsible for meeting customer delivery standards by picking orders in a timely, accurate manner.

Your new role

Picking and packing of customer food orders
Using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners to locate and pick orders
Some picking in cold rooms required
Loading/unloading stock
Receive and put away materials
Day, Arvo or Night Shifts
Choose your own roster across 7 days of the week
Full time or part time options available

Casually loaded pay rate and weekly pay cycle $29/hr $36/hr depending on shift

The skills you need

Prior pick packing experience
Confidence and experience in picking accurately to KPIs
Strong commitment to safety
Commitment to quality and high attention to detail
Ability and willingness to manually pick items up to 20kgs and stand for an 8hr shift

Successful applicants will commence as on-hire employees with HOBAN Recruitment and be on-hired to our client.
