The role:


  • 2 x Client Onboarding Analyst (KYC) vacancies available
  • 12month fixed term contract
  • Hybrid work environment (2 days per week in Sydney CBD office)

Top Role Accountabilities:


  • Deliver professional and quality service to Rabobank Group clients and staff
  • Onboarding, Setup and Maintenance of Client Static information for Rabobank customers
  • Review AML/KYC submissions to ensure accurate completion/ submissions and the Banks Regulatory Obligations including but not limited to the AML/CTF Act
  • Complete PEP and Sanctioned Screening requirements
  • Proactively interact with relationship management teams, compliance and internal teams to update system with information through the AML on boarding lifecycle (CDD and EDD as applicable) through to approval of KYC/AML records
  • Undertake activities to assist the bank in complying with FATCA obligations to identify and report on clients who have a US tax obligation
  • For clients with derivative facilities, confirm all relevant documentation required under various derivative legislation, DFA, AMIR, ASIC etc Is included / completed with onboarding documentation

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2 years + experience in KYC/AML client on boarding, compliance or risk
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory areas such as Code of Banking Practice, AML, CTF, PEP and FATCA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

To be successful you will have:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in KYC/AML client onboarding highly regarded
  • Customerservice oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory areas such as Code of Banking Practice, AML, CTF, PEP and FATCA highly regarded
  • Ability to analyse complex structures to determine risk exposure and applicable KYC/AML requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders and team members
