This leading, Australian-owned multinational Financial Services business has a proud history of innovation and a long-term commitment to providing its customers with world-class investment services.

A they continue to expand and diversify across markets and geographies, they are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to support their ever-increasing focus on mobilising their workforce and relocating talent to burgeoning and high growth areas across the world.

Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this is a newly created two-year fixed term opportunity with the potential to be a permanent, on-going role.

This is an individual contributor role that works closely with the existing Mobility team within the larger P&C Reward function and will have direct responsibility for managing and supporting a portfolio of mobility assignments.

You will:

Be the lead Mobility expert on assignments of varying complexity ranging from the international relocation of recently hired talent through to client secondments and temporary and permanent employee relocations globally
Provide endtoend mobility support to employees including C-Suite, driving outcomes and milestones with key internal and external stakeholders and partners
Play a key role in the development and management of remote working and mobility planning activities

We will be looking for

Extensive global mobility experience from either an internal, corporate mobility function or from a consulting environment demonstrated experience in the endtoend management of global mobility programs
Strong analytical skills including fundamental excel and reporting experience as well as high attention to detail and problemsolving capability
Sound sense of judgement and demonstrated experience developing and delivering solutions for senior and executive level stakeholders
