Hatch is supporting Afterpay (Square) to find a great Account Executive (SMB) to join their Sales and Customer Success team.

As one of Afterpay's
SMB Account Executives, you will help drive Afterpay's continual growth by building relationships with prospective SMB Premium merchants via both outbound business development and inbound leads.

Responsibilities
- Sales Process Execution
- Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects
- Account Retention and Expansion
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
- Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement
- Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers
