About the Role
RPMGlobal (RPM) is seeking a Test Analyst to join our innovative and supportive development team. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters.

RPM is the market leader in enterprise solutions from mine planning to execution.

We have the most advanced scheduling tools in the industry along with the leading simulation, costing, and execution solutions for both mining production and equipment maintenance, all built on our Enterprise Planning Framework.

Our software helps provide the raw materials needed to manufacture the products that enable the modern world including lithium for batteries, steel, alloys, aluminium, and copper for electricity generation and transmission.

This is an opportunity for smart, innovative, self-motivated Test Analyst to join a distributed team of like-minded people who develop world-class software using a practical, agile-based modern development methodology certified to ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and development of testing strategies, test plans and test data.
Execution of tests.
Analysis and reporting of test outcomes.
Provision of ongoing test metrics.
Provision of assistance to customer support and implementation consultants.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of RPM's testing processes and practices.

About You

3+ years in a Test Analyst role
Experience with Microsoft Test Manager and Team Foundation Server would be highly regarded.
Previous participation in large scale, complex software projects.
Knowledge of industry testing methodologies, standards and practices.
Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form
Legally entitled to work in Australia
