    Venue Manager
    Pub Style Venues | Geelong

    I am seeking a dynamic Venue Manager who is looking for growth, career expansion and a sea change. This business' venues are located in Geelong. As this business continues to grow, they are seeking a passionate and driven Venue Manager to join the team and help drive business growth across their existing venues and moving into their own Venue in the not so distant future.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations across three existing venues, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Analyse sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost savings.
    • Recruitment
    • Training, coaching and mentoring
    • Drive innovation and new technology
    • Oversee inventory management
    • Procurement
    • Vendor relationships.
    • Good knowledge of Marketing
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in venue management or hospitality management.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Must have a valid RSA
    • Must be living in Australia
    • Must have full working rights
