The Role

The Role will include but is not limited to

Processing invoices
Completion of invoice approval process
Proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
Reconciliation of Vendor payments
Weekly/Monthly payment process deadlines
Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience Prerequisites

Some previous experience desirable. We will provide training and support to continue your Accounts Payable (AP) career
Very high attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Ability to liaise with a variety of colleagues and customers
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to work and contribute within a team and have fun
Sound communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and build up knowledge through performing AP tasks
Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
