The Role


The primary focus of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Customer Experience teams, and the Customer Experience Manager.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with mentoring and training of new team members
  • Assist CX Manager and team to resolve customer conflicts
  • Management of rosters to ensure optimal role coverage and maximise customer service
  • Ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered to internal customers and stakeholders at ABN Group
  • Have a visible presence within Home Collective, leading by example in delivering high quality, personalised interactions with authentic connection
