About you
As our Regional Education Support Officer, you'll have excellent administration skills, as well as well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work in a collaboratively and coordinated way with Medical Educators providing consistency to the team.

excellent time management skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
demonstrated ability to remain calm in busy high paced environments.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll provide administrative support that enables high quality delivery of exam preparation and workshops


In addition, you'll:
coordinate medical education meetings including creation, all documentation during meetings, assist with out of meeting session and actions.
book education and training meetings and other external meetings around the state and facilitate Zoom sessions and breakout rooms.
book car hire, flights and accommodation for medical educators.
coordinate conference and workshop attendance for regional and local teams.
