We have an exciting opportunity for self-motivated analytics professional to be part of our Strategy and Transformation team


In this role:

  • Your contribution will play an integral part in transforming and scaling nonfinancial risk management by leveraging technology and data analytics
  • You will be part of an agile team of risk management professionals delivering deep expertise to our stakeholders
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders across all aspects of personal banking, wealth management, business banking and vehicle finance products and services to retail clients, advisers, brokers and business clients

To excel in this role, you will be:

  • able to creatively use data and insights to uncover new opportunities, identify root causes and underlying risks to recommend solutions to the business
- proficient in manipulating data and drawing insights from large data sets using

  • SQL, R, and Tableau
- highly proficient in data preparation and integration, able to develop and modify Alteryx workflows, and troubleshoot performance issues
- detailed, focused and proud of your sense of accuracy
- excellent at stakeholder management across multiple levels of engagement
- proactive and have great communication skills
- a natural collaborator with a learning mindset, happy to share knowledge and learn from others
- able to understand technical requirements and translate them into non-technical language
- experienced with working on Agile delivery


and you will have:

- at least 5 years of experience building data solutions for advanced analytics
- strong knowledge in SQL, Python/R, Alteryx, Tableau
- experience with production machine learning model will be beneficial
- familiarity with risk management and control frameworks would certainly be useful in this role
