ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is an Australian owned company that is known for their premium niche products. They collaborate with architects and designers to assist with their project needs. They are a well-known brand that has an extensive line of product offerings vs their competitors.

ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the way to achievements within Adelaide & SA. Your role involves fostering, cultivating, and expanding robust connections with top architects and design firms. You will follow the project through to completion, ensuring that you build a solid project pipeline of commercial projects.

DUTIES

To gain specification projects within SA with: Architects, Designers, builders, contractors, to secure a range of Commercial projects
Project tracking through converting business with builders and contractors
Chasing and swapping specifications from competitors products
Network effectively with; Architects, Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors to ensure you forge strong relationships
Advise, consult, and provide recommendations to clients
Plan, prepare and conduct product presentations to Architect & Designers
Educating clients on how the products can add value
Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline of specifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A demonstrable track record specification sales success in the following industries would be an advantage: interior products, Kitchens, surfaces, stone, bathroom
You should have extensive experience working with; A&D (Architects & Designers), Builders & contractors
A passion for design and architecture
Must be organised, methodical and pride themselves on customer services
