    We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with a focus on business development. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the marketing and technology teams, this role involves leveraging the existing install base, driving market share, and creating new business opportunities for end-users and channel partners. Your role is pivotal in shaping sales strategies, fostering enduring client relationships, ensuring successful client outcomes and long-term relationships.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Maximise account potential through strategic cross-selling and up-selling in key accounts.
    • Pioneer growth and market presence in the APAC manufacturing sector.
    • Act as an ambassador for cutting-edge tech across various industries.
    • Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance customer acquisition aligned with Industry 4.0.
    • Establish and nurture influential relationships with key industry players.
    • Foster partnerships with industry leaders and digitalization experts.
    • Lead in the creation and design of proposals and bids.

    Essential skills and experience:

    • Demonstrated experience in enterprise SaaS sales, industrial tech, or automation systems.
    • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
    • Demonstrated skills in shaping modern tech marketing strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
    • A self-driven, team player mindset.

    Key requirements:

    • Relevant degree in Science, Engineering, or related commercial fields.
    • Australian driver's license and work rights
