An opportunity for a Finance Business Partner position exists at Western Health. The position is based at the Ashley St Offices in Braybrook.

The role is a key member of the Business Services team aligned with the Health Support Services Division, supporting and advising their strategic and operational decision making through insights that drive better business performance.

The role is considered to be a trusted advisor of their designated business units and adds value in decision making, ensuring allocated tasks are completed accurately, with clarity and on time.

The Business Services team partners with business units to provide Finance expertise in a number of areas:

business planning and budgeting

- performance reporting and financial analysis services.
- preparation of Business Cases

Tendering processes

- compliance & review processes

The role partners with all stakeholders within the Health Support Services Division of the Hospital, this Division is accountable across all sites for:

Security Services
Food Services
Environmental Services
Engineering & Maintenance Services
Hospital Site Retail & Car Parking Facilities
Hospital Ward, Clerical & Patient Services support
