    Job DescriptionCenturion Capital Ltd (Centurion) is an Australian fund manager that focuses on secured loans over residential property.

    The company actively manages a portfolio of short-term loans secured by first mortgages on residential real estate on behalf of investors through the fund.

    The investment strategy is to target short-duration loans (average duration of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months), secured by mortgages in Australian real estate assets.


    Your key responsibilities will include:


    Identifying and engaging with potential investors, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and showcasing the value proposition of various real estate products and funds.

    You will leverage your extensive knowledge of private wealth management and expertise in engaging high net worth individuals to successfully raise capital

    Requirements:
    Proven track record in business development within the private wealth sector, ideally within real estate or investment management industries.
    Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and private wealth clients.
    10+ year's industry experience, RG 146 qualification
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to understand and articulate complex investment concepts to clients.
    Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
