This is a rare opportunity to combine your love of social media with your love for the country.

This organisation is a key player in Australian country fashion, representing a well-known global brand along with a portfolio of local brands, sold directly through eCommerce and an established distribution network of metro and regional stores across Australia.

Following a restructure of the team, the Head of Marketing is looking for a dedicated and talented social media specialist to own and grow an already well-established and thriving social media community.

This is a role for someone who wishes to combine their passions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the end to end management and performance of the social media strategy across several pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

With a large following and an already established brand, the purpose of this role will be to conduct an audit of current operations, content plans, scheduling and reporting and implement strategies to improve brand awareness, audience engagement (both internally and externally) and create new content pillars that will significantly impact predominantly online sales.

The role will work alongside Brand Managers, Sponsorship Managers and inhouse designers, so this role will collaborate with the team and create a social strategy that will support the overall marketing strategy and drive sales.

Here's what we're looking for in this person;
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or other relevant fields;
Willingness to spend at least 3 days in the office per week (Brisbane Southside location);
At least 3 years' experience in social media strategy and execution, gained with an organisation or in an agency

A genuine passion for fashion, country, horses or other related areas;
Proven experience in creating social media strategies and plans, including content pillars;
Proven experience in executing and delivering 'always on' and social campaigns that align with other marketing objectives;
Prior experience in creating social calendars, using scheduling tools and reporting on campaign and activity performance;
Experience in campaign optimisation (paid social) in Facebook and Instagram;
Experience in using Klavio and Shopify would be highly regarded (other eCommerce platform also highly advantageous); and

A positive, collaborative and driven attitude, with outstanding written and interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
