You will have the opportunity to work alongside Mercer's leading investment and actuarial consultants to create innovative solutions to tackle today's issues such as generating real returns within a low yield environment, investing in a time of climate change, and retirement income strategies. You will be part of a growing team that supports consultants with the delivery of data-driven insights and actionable advice to our clients.
You will gain exposure across a range of professional practice areas and client segments (Super Funds, Endowments & Foundations, Insurers and Wealth Managers) and work alongside other technologists, researchers and consultants with significant opportunities for creativity and innovation.

As a Quantitative Analyst, you will play a key role in contributing to the development of various proprietary tools and models used to evaluate investment strategies, portfolio asset allocations and capital management programs.
The primary focus is to provide development support on all software projects and support development and management of governance frameworks for consulting tools and technology. Core activities include building advanced technical skills, acting as lead analyst on technology / tools projects, and helping to develop the skills of colleagues in relevant platforms.
