YOUR NEW ROLE


This position provides a range of assistance and support to the General Counsel & Director, Risk (and Corporate Counsel as required) to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the Sydney Opera House legal services and to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives in relation to the operation of the Sydney Opera House.


The position holder also acts as the Insurance Officer and administers public liability, miscellaneous, motor vehicle, property and statutory liability insurance and claims for the organisation.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

  • High level executive assistant / administrative skills and considerable experience in the provision of legal administrative and support services.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of legal documentation and principles.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of relevant Sydney Opera House policies, practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Commitment to the values of the Sydney Opera House Trust.

Base salary of $98,826 per annum, plus 10.5% superannuation contributions
