Support a Passionate Team


We are currently looking for a Service Support Administrator Officer to join our Corporate Services team based at our central office in Kedron.


As the Service Support Administrator Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality of C&K's centre management systems and processes, working collaboratively with the business to provide quality training, support, and information to all stakeholder in relation to the use of the system.

You will also be responsible for partnering with C&K Branch services to maintain enrolment processes.


Key accountabilities
Provide admin support to Advocacy and Communications and Wellbeing and Inclusion team including:


  • Reliable operation and compliance: Monitor and maintain C&K's centre management systems, ensuring proper functioning of fees, user access, enrolments, payments, booking management, and communication. Maintain compliance with legislation and organizational policy.

System testing and issue resolution: Test and review system developments, troubleshoot and investigate system issues and incidents, and address underlying problems. Perform diagnosis and fault resolution for escalated tickets via the Helpdesk.

Training and support materials: Develop and maintain system training materials, including procedures, policies, help guides, and correspondence to stakeholders. Continuously improve training and support materials in C&K's knowledge base, covering customer service, centre management system, and the team's intranet site.

Support and guidance: Provide support and deliver training to new staff, offer ongoing guidance to all staff in system usage and administration tasks, and complete regular system audits. Collaborate with approved vendors for resolving user-based system issues. Assist the Service Support Manager with tasks and projects as required.

Proactive improvement and communication: Use customer experience information to recommend system improvements and ensure processes align with user needs. Participate in change management plans and proactively enhance knowledge of systems governance and process improvements

You will bring efficiency, proactivity, and the ability to be quick on your feet supporting the team as needs arise day-to-day.

Confidence with diverse software programs will be essential, with the capacity to utilise a variety of systems to deliver your daily duties.

You will need to hold or be willing to obtain;

  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one (we will cover the cost of both)
  • Any administrative qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
  • All C&K employees are required to have obtained the 1st and 2nd doses of immunisation to COVID19 as a condition of employment._
