We are seeking a

Digital Designer that will collaborate with our B2B Marketing team to create engaging digital marketing assets and web experiences. The role will support effective and creative marketing campaigns that convert users to customers.


We work in a flexible and hybrid model and are open to applicants from across Australia who can either work remotely or from our office in Leichhardt, Sydney.


How you will make a difference?

  • Design and develop mobilefirst and responsive marketing web pages and other collateral that drive lead generation
  • Maintain marketing websites for optimal performance and efficiency, ensuring UX solutions meet user requirements and surpass user expectations
  • Support our Graphic Design team to design engaging, onbrand marketing assets
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes, where required (using Balsamiq, Invision or similar)
  • Be involved with postimplementation user testing, where required
  • Adhere to style guide standards on fonts, colours and images, contributing to continual improvements to, and writing of, style guides
  • Create a coherent look and feel that conveys the brand values and USP that aligns with contemporary best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates, developers, other designers, and project stakeholders

What you will bring with you?

  • Relevant graduate qualification in Digital DesignUser Interfaces design and/or User Experience Design
  • Proven UX/UI experience within the digital design space
  • Ability to quickly adapt and innovate designs based on research and humancentered design practices
  • Highly imaginative and technically skilled digital designer
  • A solid understanding of customer experiences/journey
  • Technical expertise to find solutions for development bugs
  • Solid knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign)
  • Strong HTML/CSS coding skills
  • Understanding of CMS & Wordpress platforms
  • A knowledge of other software tools including Figma and Javascript (favourable)
  • A passionate designer, that is willing to collaborate with marketing and digital creators to bring innovative educational products to young people and teachers across the globe
