How will you impact the future of education?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

• Master 3P Learning's innovative digital teaching and learning solutions
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to onboard new schools and drive engagement
• Deliver impactful training sessions that empower teachers to implement our solutions effectively
• Use datadriven insights to proactively address customer needs and support atrisk accounts
• Develop customised client engagement plans that drive success and satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships with clients to capture valuable insights and drive product improvement

What makes you the perfect fit?

We're looking for someone who has:

• A background in account management, customer success or teaching experience (preferred, not required)
• A proactive, clientcentric approach to problemsolving
• Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
• The ability to build trust, credibility, and lasting relationships with clients
• Datadriven decisionmaking skills, with a focus on growth and improvement
• A willingness to travel within your designated territory and attend team/company meetings
