    We at THL Auto Service are seeking a Light Vehicle Mechanic to help our expanding operations.

    Job Type:

    • Full-Time, Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years experience or more, as a Qualified Mechanic

    Wages:

    • From $28/hour + negotiable based on experience & skill level

    Requirements:

    • A Current Drivers License
    • Must have the Rights to Work in Australia OR be a Permanent Resident OR be an Australian Citizen

    About the Business:

    THL Auto Service was founded with one goal in mind, and that is to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience when it comes to looking after their cars. We are well-known for providing clear reporting to our customers, giving them peace of mind and reassurance.

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Able to carry out Vehicle Servicing & Maintenance.
    • Able to perform Vehicle Inspections, Diagnosis & Troubleshooting.
    • Able to carry out General Mechanical Repairs.
    • Able to work in a Team Environment and Conduct oneself in the Workplace in a Respectful & Safe manner.
    • Able to be Responsible for the care, use, and condition of tools, equipment & shared facilities in the workplace, and be able to return tools/equipment back to their correct locations after use.
    • Able to provide Assistance to the Technicians.
    • Able to work with minimum supervision & guidance, and do so safely and responsibly.
    • Able to document on paper all findings from inspections, and write down all details of work carried out.
    • Able to reassemble, restore and return vehicles to a Clean Condition after work has been carried out on it.
    • Able to carry out any other duties requested by management.
