    Description

    Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager or Clinical Nurse to join this well-established aged care organisation on the tropical North-Eastern Coast of Queensland.

    This is a medium bedded aged care facility which promotes an individualised approach to patient care ensuring that both the residents and their families are treated with respect and compassion.

    As the care Manager you will be responsible for clinical oversight of the home to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and assist with the ongoing training and development of the nursing and support staff.

    Essential Criteria-

    • AHPRA registered nurse with 3+ yrs experience in an aged care setting
    • Previous experience in a Clinical Lead or management role
    • A sound knowledge of the aged care and quality standards
    • Experience in the training and mentoring of staff
    • A collaborative approach to patient care
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Current Flu and Covid vaccinations
