Why Your Role Matters:

The Marketing Production & Traffic Officer plays a key role within the Future Student marketing and content team, providing high
- level practical, and efficient project and admin support for the marketing & content team, supporting production and campaign delivery.


The role entails supporting the marketing & content team by coordinating agile project processes, trafficking marketing and content work with agency partners or internal teams, identifying areas for process improvement, building key internal and external stakeholder relationships and administrative support for marketing reports, projects and finance.


Who You Are:


  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven marketing and content production experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and development of project plans, objectives and methodology, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
  • An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
