ABOUT THE ROLE
Work within an ASX-listed organisation as a Banking Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage and audit banking privileges across a growing portfolio and manage all document execution and management for the group.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience and knowledge of corporate administration.DUTIES
Document Execution and Management
- Take ownership, coordinate, and manage document management plan and system (SharePoint)
- Receive, record and coordinate document signing across the group
- Ensure all documents are appropriately signed by relevant individuals including various Board members
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documents are signed and deliverables are met
- Develop, review, and maintain document management and document control systems and procedures are followed.
- Bank Account Set up including AML and KYC
- Bank Account Management
- Competency in working with the banking administration module across a variety of financial institutions
- Ensuring adherence to the appropriate banking policies
- Ensuring appropriate segregation of duties when making variations to access rights
- Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts
- Manage, document, and control all employees' rights and privileges including internal custody officers
- Manage and process changes to the setup for all banking platforms across the portfolio
- Engage and manage the internal and external audit processes including the bank circularisation
- Manage transactional banking relationships with appropriate contact points across various financial institutions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Banking Administration in a Business environment
- Treasury Middle and Back office experience
- Banking or treasury Compliance Officer
- Experience in managing multiple banking platforms and providers
- Minimum 2+ years experience in document control
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in performing administrative duties in any of the treasury platforms
