Your New Role

We are actively seeking a full-time, dedicated, energetic, and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team at the Brisbane office.

Obtain new customers as per the sales target
Maintain existing customers
Prepare Sales Order Forms with the advice of Customer Service
Prepare quotations for services for both potential and existing customers
Host overseas sales visitors and national route development managers as required
Qualify prospective customers via telephone or inperson
In conjunction with Service Department, send rate and service level instructions to appropriate overseas offices of the company network
Taking appropriate corrective action to prevent the recurrence of nonconformances

What you will need to succeed:

At least 3+ years' minimum experience in the Forwarding industry
Experienced sales professional with a proven record of overachieving on your KPI.
You have a proven track record of acquiring and building new businesses.
You have sound knowledge of all facets of the endtoend Freight Forwarding services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
