Peppers Salt Resort & Spa located in Kingscliff just south of the Gold Coast / Northern New South Wales border is home to some of Australias finest beaches and World Heritage listed National Parks. At Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, we offer a range of first class dining experiences, with two onsite restaurants, highly sought after conferencing and event spaces, pool bars and more.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the multiple Food & Beverage outlets and operations across this complex comprised of Mantra and Peppers hotels.

As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

Bring passion, experience and highly developed expertise in driving F&B outcomes to our multi venue business

Provide a customised approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests

Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture

Manage all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage Department across two restaurants, pool bars and stand-alone activations

Complete all administrative and strategic elements for the department such as, rostering, reporting, packages and promotions to increase exposure as well as stocktake and ordering

Liaise closely with Area General Manger, Executive Chef and Conference & Events Manager to drive revenue opportunities while wowing our guests

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years experience as Food & Beverage Manager / Department Leader supporting and coordinating over 30 team members

Sound operational experience of corporate conferencing, weddings and events

A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external)

Someone who is exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets

The ability to remain calm when under pressure, and coach our team to reach their full potential
