- Report directly to and liaise with the Area General Manager to achieve the full commercial and reputational potential of our unique product, bring your innovation and spirit of conquest
- Lead a team comprised of kitchen brigade, conference & events team, and front of house to deliver memorable experiences for our guests
- Possess an infectious drive for excellence in delivering business and satisfaction metrics in consultation with National Director of Food & Beverage including service, safety, environment & revenue
- Have a passion for seeing your teams succeed, with proven methods to engage, motivate and develop you create a positive workplace culture
- Provide a creative, customised approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
- A leader who models our values: Trust, Respect, Guest Obsession, Sustainability and Spirit of Conquest and Innovation
- Minimum 3 years experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Hotel Manager supporting and coordinating over 50 team members across multiple outlets and departments
- Sound operational experience of corporate conferencing, weddings and events, previous hotel operations experience highly desirable
- An empathetic communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Established commercial acumen with demonstrated success achieving business metrics
- The ability to remain calm when under pressure, and coach our team to reach their full potential
