Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach are seeking a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will showcase your passion for luxury and strong leadership skills as you oversee the Front Office, Guest Service and Concierge in this sought-after opportunity.

Job Description

Maintain the highest level of customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
Lead, motivate and manage all Front Office ambassadors, ensuring the efficient completion of all duties.
Direct and coordinate lobby activities, fostering a welcoming, luxurious and efficient environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance ambassador skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests, such as Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage.
Drive revenue through promoting upselling strategies within the team while setting targets and incentives
Champion loyalty as you promote the Accor Live Limitless program and provide an exceptional level of service and care to our most loyal members.
Devise departmental rosters in line with occupancy and business demands, while remaining aware of and in line with budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management systems and Front Office software, Opera Cloud advantageous.
Detail-oriented and organised, with strong leadership abilities.
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive.
Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
