- Full time opportunity As the Assistant Branch Manager in our Ballina and Byron Bay branches, you will relish the opportunity to support the Branch Manager by leading, motivating, and coaching our teams to increase our market share of BOQ and to support our existing risk-based culture. You will enjoy identifying opportunities in the market and working within the community with your team to achieve growth and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Knowledge and proven skills in branch operations and compliance.
- Strategic business development with proven capability in developing and implementing sales initiatives to target customers and acquire greater market share.
- Experience in coaching and developing staff across all product knowledge, processes and procedures.
- Experience in retail and commercial lending, not essential but would be advantageous.
